Please allow 7-10 business days to receive your item(s). If the tracking information states that your package has been delivered and you have not received it, please contact the United States Postal Service.

Any unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise can be returned by mail. Returns must be made within 14 days of the order shipment date in order to be issued a full refund to the original form of payment. All items bought with a discount code are non-refundable. All items that are labeled as "Limited Stock" in their description are non-refundable.

Acrylic knit: Typically it can be machine-washed. Cashmere: Hand-wash, use a mild detergent. Cotton: Hand or machine wash. Cotton blend: Machine wash, permanent-press or low-heat cycle and remove immediately. Denim: Denim should be washed with cold or warm water, inside out. Hang denim to dry to prevent shrinkage. Flannel: Flannel can be washed in cold or warm water. Nylon: Machine-wash nylon garments in warm water. Polyester: Machine-washed (cool) and dried (low). Rayon: Typically machine washed. When machine-washing, use the gentle cycle and promptly remove garments after washing. Spandex: Use warm water when hand- or machine-washing items made with spandex. Wool knit: Typically dry-cleaned, but check the label. If hand-washable, use cool water and a detergent for fine washables. Wool (lined): Professionally dry-cleaned once a season. When touching up with an iron, use steam in an up-and-down motion (rather than sliding the iron along the fabric).
